I was a bit clueless and he really helped and explained different products, as well as keeping it all simple and straight forward. May 16,2025When I called Archers ( Kilmarnock ) the sales agents were helpful and courteous. They sent me email photos of bed frame colours and eventually I decided on Plush Ebony. It was easy to select which colours I liked and disliked. The agent then gave me a quote via email. He also gave me a 20% discount. I received a text message the day before delivery which was useful and on the day of delivery the old bed was recycled and the new bed was assembled within a few minutes. They were polite and helpful. I was delighted with the orthopaedic ( firm ) mattress selection by the sales agent and I am pleased to say that I am a very happy customer - especially since I didn’t even have to visit the store at any point - and everything was done using a smartphone ( online, email, text and phone calls ) I would definitely recommend Archers sleepcentre to anyone buying a high end mattress and frame.

May 15,2025My partner and I recently visited the Archer's sleep centre at Birkenshaw Trading Estate and could not be happier with our experience. We were greeted by Lynn and after asking for some clarification regarding prices, she walked us through the differences between types of mattress and the pricing of bases. She was super informative and friendly, and had a lot of great input. With her help, we were able to make an informed decision about the type of mattress we needed. We decided on an ex-display bed frame, but were concerned about delivery as we were buying it for our new house that we didn't have the keys for yet. Lynn was able to take a deposit and schedule delivery for after we received the keys. She also explained financing options, and broke everything down to be easily understood. We had only gone in to look, not expecting to make a purchase, but Lynn is fantastic at her job and went above and beyond to help us. We are incredibly thankful for her help and can't recommend her enough!

May 15,2025bought a willows and eve adjustable bed with a gel topped mattress on arrival the mattress smelt very strong ,rang archers was told to leave it uncovered for a week so £1000 for a bed and sleeping on sofa for a week. after a week the smell was still there although not as bad. after a couple of days i developed chronic itching ,doctor said could be an allergy and prescribed cream for the rash and anti histamines, if i sleep on sofa for a few days itches stop,contacted archers who said they would contact willows and eve who never answered.so it seems i have no option but to buy a new mattress

I oredered a colour based on the see, it turned out it's under a focused special light that made it looks like dark beige, but when I received it it turned out it's light silver. The first stage complaint in order to replace it was refused and now I emailed the head office and hopefully they appreciated my problem that costs me around 5k!. Waiting for the head office response in the main time. I'm really frustrated because I proved my point by a video, however they still ignoring that.

On returning with my son to purchase, again he was very pleasant, I explained that I would not want delivery for a couple of weeks but he assured me this was no trouble.
