I much preferred shopping in store as found the staff really helpful. I was able to view and try a similar mattress. James the colleague who helped us decide was knowledgeable and covered off the sale perfectly. Online shopping is great but much prefer the personal interaction. Bed and mattress on order and James gave clear details on delivery updates and dates.

Jan 13,2025Having to stalk the customer in the shop is the standard for all the furniture shops, I must say Alan understood that we would like to have our space to make decision. After the first interaction, he left us shopping and this is also the reason why we ended up completing the purchase. He also stayed an extra 15 minutes over the closing time to complete the order which we highly appreciate. We would reccomend the shop.

Campbell took the time to help us understand all mattress options. He was so patient answering our questions and letting us test several different options. We felt really happy with the service and the products we purchased, and we would recommend Archers to others.
