May 30,2021I ordered the chevron bedside tables and chest of drawers. They looked perfect on the website. Everything arrived on time and was delivered well. The quality was very poor versus what I had expected for the price. The drawers are very difficult to open and close. The inside is very rough wood, sloppily painted and braced as there is no real joinery. The handles have tarnished, despite attempts to polish. I like their designs but wouldn’t buy from them again

May 17,2021Bought a dining table and benches a couple of months ago for our new home. The company were extremely professional and processed my order quickly. They transferred the delivery to Ash Logistics who were in touch to organise delivery at my convenience. They were friendly and helpful also. Dining table and chairs (Logan) are beautiful. Something different. Top class service - highly recommend.

Apr 27,2021We have purchased 5 pieces of new furniture from A&T for our new property. All the furniture purchased is high quality, stylish and exactly as it appears on the website. We have had an issue with one of the units bought. Nothing overly major but needs rectifying. Customer service has been prompt and extremely efficient and they are rectifying our issue to complete satisfaction. Highly recommended for products and Customer service received especially relevant during Covid times when a lot of other suppliers use Covid as an excuse for just about everything where they don't deliver on orders for one reason or another.

I was late in ordering a drink trolley for my daughters 50th birthday on 23rd March 2021 and was told that I could expect it on 19th April. I asked if the company could enclose a belated birthday wish. Not only did I get an immediate reply but confirmation that they would endeavour to deliver on her birthday. I cannot thank Atkin & Thyme staff enough as the trolley arrived on her birthday and she is absolutely delighted with it. Thank you
