Apr 23,2021Finding the right van in the UK and at the right price was quite a task but when I found Auto Capital I found exactly the specification I required at exactly the right price. The only problem was they were 400 miles away so they simply sorted out my finance then delivered it to me. That wasn't all because their after sales team ensured I was 100% satisfied and nothing seemed to be too much effort. Every motor dealer should be like them and make buying so easy.

Dec 17,2021* Sales Chap was lazy and felt not interested to sell the vehicle or communicate nicely with the customer. Had to chase him several times in order to conclude the purchase. * On collection of the vehicle, a driver brought the vehicle out of the compound and vehicle was not even washed although was promised that this will happen. No one is interested to discuss anything after money was received. * Didn’t receive my V5 document although the company ‘Customer Service’ confirmed they filed on line. ‘Auto Capital’ then told me that they filed it again but still I did not receive it by post. I then contacted DVLA several times to find that the vehicle is registered under wrong details and had to pay around £30 to DVLA and filled a new form to amend the records and received a fresh one spontaneously. * Will never recommend, buy or approach those guys again.
