Oct 19,2020We were dubious reserving a van online, I researched the company best I could, read the review and we decided to go for it...... we went up to pick up the van and finalize the deal, we were really impressed with the premises, very professional, but very friendly too, we took as long as we wanted to looking around the van, we took it for a test drive, everything was explained to us, all our questions answered, and we were even told extra tips that would help that they didn't need to tell us about, but knew it would help. No pressure was applied at any time, the van is perfect for what we need, overall we are extremely happy with everything with this company, the service is excellent and the van is great, very easy to recommend this company.

Oct 14,2020Very smooth purchase of a clean, 1 year old Crafter. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and these guys had a van ready to go. I placed a deposit over the phone and travelled down to have a look in person. Satisfied with what I saw I agreed to keep the vehicle on reserve, and returned after the weekend to pay the balance and collect my new van. I've now done over 10,000 miles in less than a month and today the van has been in for it's first service. No issues to report from the VW garage that completed the service, so I am very happy with the purchase of this vehicle.
