Feb 01,2021Purchased a nearly 2019 Mercedes Sprinter remotely from Auto Capital in early January. Dealt with Ibrahim, who was very professional and efficient. He organised delivery to North Yorkshire with a very professional logistics team within a couple of days. All in all the whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish and I’m very satisfied with the vehicle.

Jan 27,2021This was my first experience with Auto Capital, and my first time buying a van! All in all it went very well, the customer service was truly first class and a huge thanks to Haider for making the process so easy. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because there was a (genuine) mistake with the spec of the van which didn't have the audio system it was advertised as having. When I realised this after delivery I spoke with the aftersales team, and was given the options of either returning the van or receiving part payment towards upgrading the headunit myself. I decided to go ahead with that, and the process of claiming that contribution was easy, but it did mean that I still ended up spending more than expected to get the spec that was initially advertised. I have no doubt that this was an accidental oversight, and it certainly wouldn't stop me using auto capital again in future, as in every other respect they were superb.

Jan 03,2021I recently brought a van from Auto Capital and can honestly say I was blown away with how easy and quick the process was from beginning to end. I saw the van I wanted on their website, Ibrahim then called me back straightaway and the deal was done. I put a £100 deposit down and s couple of days later went to collect the van. Seriously don't bother looking elsewhere for a used van. I will 100% be buying another ban from Auto Capital.
