Feb 12,2025Very poor customer service. Booked a mobile screen repair by telephone, the mobile repair failed to arrive. When I called Autoglass to find out what has happened I was told that Autoglass had failed to allocate the job to someone and I needed to reboot, the earliest appointment I was offered was 6 days away! I then asked to speak with a manager, and I was told that one would call me within 48 hours, 8 days later I am still waiting!! Not great customer service.
