No one expects to get a cracked screen from stone chips etc... You never know the moment..... Autoglass was recommended by my brother, good few years back, I rang them straight away, the operative was very knowledgeable and helpful, offering different solutions to get the job done quick and efficiently..... He did just that, the agent arrived on time, explained how it all works and then got on with the job. 30mins later job done, very satisfied thank you very much......

If I could give 0 stars I would, booked in for a replacement rear windscreen a month ago and still waiting for it to be replaced. Getting fobbed off and lied too by customer service and the only way to raise a complaint is via the ombudsman. It wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t the family car and my wife’s just come out of hospital.

Feb 12,2025Easy to book and all insurance claim dealt with by Autoglass. Be aware that if you have a modern car with camera/sensors built into the windscreen, you will have to take the car to an Autglass depot, as the car needs to be recalibrated after fitting.( something I hadn’t realised !) Downside is that the centres are generally in the middle of industrial estates. If your wait is two hours or more it could be tedious, though the waiting areas are warm clean and have tea and coffee facilities. Fortunately my engineer was very quick !
