Having auto glass replace my windscreen was perfect. When booking on the telephone the customer service I received was very friendly and helpful and the service engineer who replaced my windscreen was very professional and also very polite. He made sure my inside of the car did not get wet when changing the windscreen as we had bad weather, this something which I appreciated. A really good finish explained when I could use my car giving his long it would take to replace the window screen and hod long it would take to set and explained in detail the speed recommended when driving for the first time had I used it the same day. Very happy with the over all out come.

They brought the wrong windscreen. We were going to Spain next day. New screen fitted by carglass. Had to go back for calibration. They damaged camera. Now waiting for them to sort out with VW cadiz. Very disappointed with outcome

Excellent staff Happy to answer any questions I had. A Credit to AutoGlass. But the prices of the replacement wiper blades are absolutely astronomical
The technicians in the local depot when the wind screen was eventually replaced were excellent but the logistics of getting a manufacturers genuine part, which was in stock at the manufacturer was awful. Autoglass will not send the screen straight to the depot - they insist it goes to their main hub and then is sent out meaning 2/3 days are wasted. Add to that the fact that the wrong screen was allegedly delivered (turned out it wasn’t) and something that should have been sorted within a few days took three weeks. Their chat function is clunky (why not move to WhatsApp like so many companies do?) and their accounts system invoiced the wrong amount, the agent told me to pay the correct amount and I was accused of still owing an outstanding amount when I collected the car. I did not pay it as I could evidence I’d paid the correct amount but am now being chased by Autoglass for this ‘outstanding’ amount.
