Simple, straight forward, efficient
Absolute joke of a Company!!! Reported broken window through the Insurance on 9th December 2024. Engineer came out and had the wrong glass so they weather guarded the window and placed an order for the correct piece of glass. 9 Weeks later we are still waiting for the repair to happen and all we keep getting told is that the glass is on back order and they are awaiting an ETA. Not at all acceptable and completely unprofessional, especially when a complaint was submitted also submitted two weeks ago and I am still waiting for someone to call me back about it
Setting up an appointment is very easy. Very friendly and competent engineer. All done and sorted in a jiffy.

EDIT: Contacted autoglass by email as the reply to this review asked. As of yet, no contact made to discuss with me. Downgraded to 2 star review. I had a very frustrating experience with Autoglass due to multiple booking and scheduling issues. 1. I was unable to book online due to a system error, which meant I had to go through extra hassle just to make an appointment. 2. When I arrived on my scheduled day (Tuesday), I was told the wrong glass had been ordered or delivered, so I had to reschedule. 3. I was given a new appointment for "next Monday," but when I arrived, I was told it was actually a week on Monday, not the next Monday! So another wasted trip!! 4. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, I received a text the following day saying my appointment was now on Wednesday (tomorrow) of this week, not the Monday I had been told. The constant rescheduling and miscommunication made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. A simple glass replacement should not take this much effort! I hope Autoglass improves its booking system and communication to prevent this kind of confusion for future customers. When the job was eventually done, the glass was replaced to a good standard. So 1 star for the booking/rescheduling and 4 stars for the job. So 2.5/3 stars overall.

My experience was Good, it should be 4.5 stars, not a 4, nor a 5. Cheerful staff and timely execution of the job at hand, meant we were all moving on earlier than expected :)

Feb 10,2025Windscreen replacement technician did an excellent job, however, customer service is disgusting! I asked 3 times for a call from them to discuss why I had been overcharged by nearly £100 and they didn't bother to contact me - very poor customer service!
