My insurance put me in touch with auto glass, they rang me to offer me a day to repair glass, very quick service, I arrived on time and they got to work straight away. Very friendly and approachable staff, highly recommend, will use again .
Company was great to deal with no issues, technician who came out did a great job fitting the screen no complaints although did have some microscopic small glass that cut me when trying to remove it but again no issue and no complaints about that. Where my problem lies is on the job sheet he wrote down the incorrect mileage, my car is a used approved vehicle with 45,000 miles which he put down with 65,000 miles.. you would think a quick call to autoglass and they would instantly send me the correct job sheet to say they changed it but apparently i have to wait 3-5 days so il see how i get on with that.. off course this is an issue in regards to mileage fraud as god forbid they send that to my insurance company who im listed at 8,000 miles per year not to mention somone buying my car in future and then getting fitted with another screen by autoglass for them to say "oh our records show your Audi had 20000 miles more just a few years back.. Secondly he fitted my wiper arms back wrong, instead of wiping gladd they are wiping the plastic scuttle panel below, contacted autoglass and apparently someone from the warranty team will contact me with in 3-5 days.. great!! While that happens in our rainy weather il just use my 5 month old Bosch aero wipers i bought at expensive cost too wear them self down wiping plastic and potentially pull grit an dirt back on to my new screen! If my new screen has one mark by the time they contact me il be pushing for another o.e screen to be fitted by you guys. Resolve those issues an il happily look back at this score as everything else im happy with main point the glass is im and good. Im told 3-5 days on both issues lets see if my phone rings..
