I needed a replacement windscreen for my car. After contacting another company and getting asked a lot of questions I didn't understand, I contacted Autoglass. The whole process from the initial telephone call to the fitting was simple and efficient with friendly service and advice

My issues are on going at time of writing this, rear screen been supplied and fitted is deformed. this is no fault of the fitting center or the staff who have been great at branch level, its just the parts they have to work with that are very sub standard. i am now up to my fifth visit coming soon to see if it will be rectified this time.. will update soon
Quick resolving my booking over the phone as online service didn't work, managed to get it fixed at the same day even with delay caused by online booking service issue.

Really not happy, Had a replacement windscreen fitted through the insurance, fitter was ok, but two weeks afterwards a crack fron the bottom driverside corner appeared, I filled out the warranty claim form online, we heard nothing from them for two weeks, filled another form out and eventually got a call back, then waited for another week for appointment, meanwhile the crack had grew to 18 inches, same guy came out and instantly said I had a micro chip which had caused the crack, rubbish !!!!! If they had got in touch while the crack was small, perhaps the glass wouldnt have cracked further and weakened the screen thus developing into an external micro chip
I have already answered this question in my previous feedback form. I await an answer. Sending another feedback form is not an answer.
Poor, wiper arms put back on car incorrectly - there is sealant down inside of window pillar, in two places, sensor on windscreen was left with moisture inside and didnt work for a period of time, overall very poor and would think twice using them again.
Very friendly and professional staff. I found autoglass to easy to deal with and they replaced my windscreen in quick time.
The woman who came to do our job was Coral and she arrived early in the time slot, which was good. She told us how long it would take. Even though it was cold she got on with it efficiently and with clear professional expertise and was done in exactly the time she said. She was friendly, informative and very on the ball- it's good to have something done by an operative who knows her business very well.

First technician very rude. Booking on website slot 4-7 when the technicians only work till 5. First technician was rude, abrupt and non interested in his job. Out of choice I would avoid using the online booking system and the prospect of receiving the first technician disgusting aptitude. If the second technician hadn’t been so amazing I would have gone to a different company. I’d probably avoid using this company again.
Fantastic service and the technician was super helpful. Couldn’t ask for better.

Feb 15,2025Well, honestly, I changed the windshield of the car yesterday, on a Nissan Pulsar, and now, on bumps or at speeds over 50 mph, I hear a very strange, annoying noise coming from the bottom of the windshield, a noise I didn't have before."I can't figure out what might be causing that noise, honestly.
