Fixed the small crack on my windscreen ok. Agent was trying to up sell wiper blades and gave me some rubbish about the crack having damaged them, only he didn’t know I’d had a MOT the day before and there was nothing wrong with them!!
It’s a shame that there is no local depot. I also had to wait more than a week for an appointment. It’s also a shame that there is no longer an option to have a windscreen replaced at home. However, at the depot, the service was excellent.

Booked to have windscreen replaced, paid in full got given a date for the tech to come to my home. Had an email stating that my glass had been ordered and that they were getting ready. Nearer the date had a sms stating time slot. All sounded good, took time off work then nothing ! Used the useless live chat and got nowhere, phoned and then informed the tech was sick. Same story played out for my partner last year. Cancelled my order and requested a refund.

Booked my windscreen replacement with Autoglass online. One phone call to confirm my order and another to take payment. The fitter rang to say he was on his way at a time and place I booked. He fitted the new windscreen and showed me when he was done. Very happy will use again if needed.

Utterly useless, despite having a booking for an engineer home visit today, Saturday 15th February 25, and despite having a booking reference number and confirmation email, they failed to turn up and customer services claim there is no record of the appointment. This is the 2nd consecutive weekend where Autoglass have failed to turn up. USELESS
I have never needed a new Windscreen before and was very worried about the process. Other people told me I had nothing to worry about but I was still worried. When I arrived I was met by a very nice Gentleman on reception who put me at ease straight away. My car went straight in and was done a lot faster than I expected with NO damage to my car at all. I expected the replacement Windscreen to look different to the OEM Glass that came with my Car but to my surprise it looked the same. I cannot recommend Autoglass enough.
