Automatic Door and Hardware is a third generation family business. Beginning with our Grandfather, who was one of the first Besam automatic door distributors, both our family and business has grown. Today our company is proud to offer our own line of commercial doors and hardware.

Sep 18,2018You claim to ship Fast. Yet the web site says 7-10 days unless I pay for 2-3 day shipping? Which is it? Do you ship fast or not? Why the play for extra shipping cost. You seem to want it both ways! Working way toooo hard to confuse your customer. Mixed messaging? HINT: If you have it in stock = ship it! If not please state that. Is being honest really this hard?

Sep 15,2018I ordered this handle and hardware to fix a door going into the sanctuary of our church. This was what was originally on the door. We received the order within a reasonable time. I installed it today and it works perfectly. The only issue I had at all was that the gold color on the church door was shiny and this was a dull or mat finish. No other issues. I will certainly use the company again and recommend it to others. Thank you! Robert
