Absolutely amazing!! Lovely people too, I once accidentally ordered the elf bar 0mg vape instead of 20mg and they was kind enough to send me an email asking if I was meant to go for that one and was good enough to send me the 20mg!

Terrible company DO NOT USE ordered and parcel received, the vape kept leaking so asked for a refund no one has ever responded to my messages yet they keep emailing me offers, terrible products terrible service

I’d give no stars if possible. I wish I looked on here first. Ordered on 27th November and still no parcel, emailed a million times, no other way to get in contact. No idea why Klarna use these scammers. I’ve ordered from 3 different vapes shop in the meantime and all arrived perfectly. AVOID THIS SHOP.

Absolutely disgusting! I’ve ordered a vape online and it has not been delivered to the correct address! After emailing four times and still have no reply from this business. I’ll be taking things further. I wouldn’t advise on ordering from here. Poor customer service.

Very disappointed I placed an order on the 7th and paid an extra £12 for Saturday delivery, Saturday came an no order so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited still to this day no order has been delivered luckily I used klarna if not I would have been out of pocket now! I have previously ordered disposable vapes from this shop and 2 where leaking and wouldn’t work I emailed and on this occasion got a reply but I never received a replacement. I would avoid using this company if you genuinely want to receive your order. It’s seems pointless to have a shop when 1.you don’t reply to customers queries and 2.you don’t send out orders.

Placed an order on monday 11th and had no email to say that the order has been confirmed ; no email to say that is has shippped even though it states on the website the order will be shipped the next day emailed the company twice but have not had a reply - just want to cancel my order and get my money back

Right so bought some disposable vapes however 2 weren’t in stock. This was over 2 weeks ago and still no sign of the out of stock items which was half the order. Can’t seem to get hold of anyone so sort this issue out.

I ordered last Thursday with an extra £12.99 Saturday delivery. It’s now Friday the following week and I’m still waiting for the order. Tried contacting 4 times using the email and messenger provided. I still haven’t heard anything. I won’t be using again £48 down the drain. Bad service. To ignore your customers is one thing.
