We've used Ballyroberts Gardens for mail order plants for two years now. All of the plants have been of excellent quality and have arrived extremely well packaged with swift delivery to England. Their postal charges are really reasonable too. I love their website and the plant descriptions- written by real people with real gardens and a sprinkling of humour. I wholeheartedly recommend them for mail order plants and this has reminded me to place an order, initially for another heuchera Peach Flambé but we know more treasures will hop into the basket. One day I hope to visit them in person...

Hello My husband purchased a number of plants as a gift for me. They arrived today. They are absolutely terrible, he was ashamed to give them to me. I would love to show the photos I have taken. They are shrivelled and dead, every one of them. Why would you send them in this condition? I will not be ordering again froM this company.

Ive recently been ordering plants from two well-known (as in pretty dominant on google!) plants suppliers and decided to order from here as they had some plants that were out of stock elsewhere. I have to say the plants arrived really quickly, fantastically well packed and the quality and size of the plants is brilliant. When i compare these to the other two. - who have been painfully slow, and provided small, substandard plants - im shocked. Im ordering from these guys in future.

Plants arrived on time and in good order, with a short note explaining Two that which had died back had been trimmed off to facilitate delivery, and were not dead, as they appeared to be.Excellent customer care. My one query answered very quickly and helpfully. I shall be using this nursery again

I am really impressed with Ballyrobert Gardens. I have ordered large numbers of plants online recently from a range of companies during lockdown. This nursery had the fastest delivery time and best packaging I've seen. Each plant pot was individually wrapped in a biodegradable bag, secured with a rubber band, with a stake to prevent it moving around in the box. Even though they were delivered during a heatwave, all the plants look healthy and flourishing. I highly recommend them.

Bought two plants on line. Very quick, very efficient, and terrific communication. Well packed too. I loved the guidance notes - clear, helpful but not patronising. They have a great selection of plants on the website. Definitely worth checking out and I will certainly be buying more from them. Nice to support a family business too.
