Jul 03,2020During lockdown I have come to rely on Ballyrobert - every other nursery I have bought things from has taken 4-6 weeks to deliver plants to me - Ballyrobert always takes 4-5 days - AMAZING! And if I have any queries I get a swift friendly helpful response - absolutely exemplary! If I am after a plant I now always go to Ballyrobert first to check if they have it in stock. I can't praise them highly enough. And the plants are great too!

The hand written note (and sweet) were such a lovely touch and I'll be raving about - and using - Ballyrobert A LOT.

The packaging was great because it kept the plants still and the compost in the pots, and it is all biodegradable. The plants are very healthy and obviously well looked after. Thoroughly recommend and will be ordering from them again! Thank you.

Jun 22,2020Excellent plant quality and speed of delivery. I ordered on Friday and received the plants today (Monday!) - and they're in the ground already. A couple of useful canes were enclosed too, as was that famous sweetie! I'm very impressed and will definitely use again.

I was a bit concerned because I don't live in Ireland and wondered about transportation. After consulting reviews on trustpilot I went ahead with my order. The whole experience was excellent. My order arrived within a few days. The plants were safely packed. I was kept informed throughout. I felt personally valued even though I'd not spent very much. Thank you Ballyrobert 😊
