My order was picked and dispatched really quickly and arrived within 4 days. The packaging was excellent, the plants strong and healthy and everything was recyclable which is great. Their communication was great too - really speedy response. I’m very happy with my order and will definitely buy from them again

Jun 07,2020Lovely little plant, but so young and delicate I’m not convinced it will survive. Any how it is well watered and we’ll keep it warm and hope it does. A little disappointed that the plant is not more established as the shock of being posted seems to have set it delicate leaves back somewhat.

Jun 05,2020I ordered based on a friends recent purchase which she had a much better experience. I was looking forward to a candy and a little note (sadly none in my pack), however the plants were packaged very well for their trip. Had a bit of damage on the hosta (lots of leaves but lots of holes, guessing slugs... grrr) And the heuchera green spice will need some tlc too, but it'll be better once it's repotted. I'll probably buy again, as overall the prices, customer service and website were spot on. :)

Arrived quickly, brilliant packaging, lovely plant and even a little cane included for support. Hand written note and a small sweetie included too. Jun 05,2020The hardy geraniums arrived well packed. 1 plant was blooming already the other two on the way the last one was a smaller plant (different variety}and I will pot it up before I find its ideal spot in the garden. All four geraniums from Balleyrobert were introduced online with a History and Planting Requirement and what to expect when it flowered.I really appreciated that when I chose from so many lovely geraniums. So many plants to choose from and such a reasonable price Thank you for the geraniums these are not my first order with you and will definitely not be my last and......thank you for the sweetie! Jun 15,2020I purchased 4 plants from BG and they arrived so quickly that I was really surprised. There was an issue with one of the plants, so I contacted BG and they sent another plant straight away. I think I may have received it within the next 2 days. I would definitely buy from here again. The plants are thriving.
