I love the quality of plants at Ballyrobert Gardens, the choice is excellent, delivery prompt, growing instructions provided and a toffee (nice touch).... and good delivery costs...

appalling customer service , they are un-contactable as the answerphone is always full so you cannot leave a message - I am still waiting for someone to have the courtesy to respond to my emails for a problem I had when trying to place an order ( well over a month and counting) I have now given up on trying to contact them as they do not respond .

Excellent service - consistently quick from placement of order to arrival of plants. Good range of plants. Small (9 cm) plants are generally of good quality, and (on the one occasion) when I was dissatisfied, this was promptly and appropriately dealt with).

I’m so glad to have discovered this treasure of a nursery on line. The plants are of great quality and the speed of despatch is incredible. I have my plants within a few days which delights me. (I have ordered from larger, well known nurseries and the wait time for delivery is abysmal) I also like the friendliness of communication and the occasional sweetie included in my parcel. I signed up to receive the newsletters too and they are an enjoyable and amusing read. I wish they were local so I could visit in person!
