Aug 03,2020I cannot praise Ballyrobert Gardens highly enough. They deserve far more than 5 stars. I found them to be helpful, kind with excellent advice ( which I followed!). The plants they send out are strong and sturdy, and in flower in the first year of planting. Only on one occasion did a plant not take, and it was immediately replaced, no questions asked. I offered to send photos etc but they did not need that, they trusted me and replaced the item. During the Covid lockdown when local garden centres were not open they were invaluable, supplying plants promptly (unlike another on line supplier who took three months to get stringy, leggy plants to me)

Aug 02,2020I have been purchasing plants from Ballyrobert Gardens for several years now and they are my go-to place for plants. I cannot recommend their plants and customer service highly enough, in respect to both online and on-site queries. The range of plants offered cannot be matched by any other nursery in Northern Ireland, to the best of my knowledge (and I've been around most of them). Visiting the Gardens through the seasons is also a constant source of inspiration, and I have stolen some planting combinations for my own garden.

Aug 02,2020The plants, though small - usually 9cm - have always been received in good healthy condition. They are well packed for transport. I've never had any failures. They are reasonably priced and P&P at £3.99 is cheaper than most.There is an extensive range of plants with good photos and helpful details on hardiness. Highly recommended.

Aug 02,2020Excellent website which is easy to navigate. Plenty of helpful information about plants - delivered often with humour as well as knowledge. I would not DARE to buy Primula Vialli from this nursery though - even if I wanted one!! Plants arrive very promptly very well packed. They are usually in good condition although I once had a very tiny specimen which did not survive the journey. This was replaced without question and with courtesy. Living in the West of Ireland I greatly value Ballyrobert's range of plants most of which are not available locally.

Jul 11,2020Excellent selection of healthy Hardy Plants grown in the nursery, The service is brilliant - from the super website, to efficient delivery - plants arrive beautifully packed in recyclable material & undamaged. The after sales service is also faultless. I’ve stocked my garden with dozens of perennials from Ballyrobert, and when a couple of Hellebores didn’t thrive after a wet winter, a refund was issued immediately. Best on-line hardy perennial plant nursery.

Aug 03,2020My plants arrived this morning. They were well packed in environmentally friendly packaging (compostable bags). They look healthy and good quality. They were delivered quickly with regular updates. And a little hand written note and a toffee, nice touch :) I'll definitely be shopping with Ballyrobert Gardens again and will recommend them to friends
