Feb 10,2025Felt free to browse without an overly eager sales person interrupting. Once we found some things we were interested in we asked for assistance and Paul Dacre leapt into action. Explained everything, checked for different variants, and availability, then once we’d made up our mind the ordering process was extremely simple, and within 30 minutes of leaving the shop customer service contacted us to arrange delivery. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Feb 08,2025We visited the Barker and Stonehouse Outlet at the metrocentre, and from the moment we came through the doors the staff could not have been more friendly and attentive. There was exceptional service from Steven: he was very easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable about all the items we looked at, and was great with our little boy (even helping us carry the pram up the stairs).
