Mar 04,2025UPDATE 6/3/25 BEWARE - VERY MUCH A SCAM SITE Despite being assured that I would be contacted (as per their false reply below) I have not. I still do not have my refund for the battery that I paid for but is unavailable. It is still showing as 'IN Stock' on their website. Tried to call the number provided - NO Answer. Reading other posts, this seems to be a trend. BEWARE ------------------------- POOR - Battery still showing as 'in stock' on battery masters' website, but they apparently don't have stock - but they do have my money !! Have promised refund.........but I expect they will use the old '7-day' trick as that's a good wheeze to make money

Feb 27,2025Bought 2 x lifePo4 batteries. asked for help regarding one keeps discharging quicker than the other. They don't respond with any suggestions only ask you what you already told them the problem is. luckily I was going to buy two more from them. Plenty better after service elsewhere

Feb 16,2025Was looking for a replacement for our house alarm battery, I used to buy them from Maplin but I find the site impossible to navigate and simply couldn’t find the battery I was looking for. But I found it online with Battery masters/Ultramax right away, at a great price, delivered quickly and it’s a perfect replacement. I fitted it easily and the alarm is back up & running with no problems!
