Apr 11,2018Good quality barbecue and reasonably easy to build from flatpack. Was impressed that all the holes for screws lined up perfectly. You definitely need 2 people (1 Strong ) when lifting & fixing the main grill base to the support legs of barbecue. It will take you 3 hours to build it.

Apr 11,2018BBQ arrived and was assembles with no problems. Given the current dark drear weather I have only tested the BBQ and not cooked on it yet. Hence the three star rating. Have now cooked on the new bbq and it is excellent. Lots of space but more importantly lots of control of the cooking process so less charring and more flavour.

Aug 22,2017Outstanding experience. I bought an Outback BBQ from these guys two months ago and unfortunately had a problem with the middle gas knob. They were not only extremely understanding about the situation, but when they couldn't replace the fitting because of newness of the model I purchased, they have now arranged a full replacement BBQ to be sent to me in 2 days time! I have never known customer service like it, and I will certainly return for any accessories I need in the future. 10 out of 10! Well done.

Apr 20,2018Purchased a Meteor 4 burner but had a lot of problems assembling the BBQ. Several built in bolts spun around insitu meaning it was impossible to bolt together. Ended up having to use alternative cut down bolts which would go through the existing hole. Rang Outback who I had purchased direct but could not help. Would not recommend the product.
