I’m honestly so baffled by these reviews and the fact I can’t find the company anymore. We bought our son’s house bed from them last November (2022) and it arrived perfectly in time and it’s amazing quality! We couldn’t say one bad thing about them and yet they’ve obviously now disappeared from the face of the earth and other people are saying they got scammed so wondering if we just got lucky? Very odd!

Paid my money and almost 3 months later no delivery. Website, email and phones not connecting and its clear my money has been taken fraudulently. In the process of working with my Banks Fraud Team to try and recover my money. Do not believe the 'positive' reviews as they are clearly fake. This company is scamming parents out of money who only want to buys beds for their kids. JAMES EDWARDS CURTIS is the Director and is quite frankly a criminal.

Scam company!!! Similar issue to the other many reviews below - ordered bed at the end of March with an estimated early May delivery. Then closer to the date they give a new date for a few weeks later, for the end of May. The delivery never arrived and no further communication from the company. Their website has since closed and watch out as they've opened up an identical company under the name of Sprout Beds selling the identical products and same company address.

This is awful. Ordered a mont ago. Still no bed, no updates, not a single way to contact the company. I wish I'd read all these reviews before hand. Who knows if we will get a refund now.

They never sent the bedframe - after 5 weeks - now have sent an email saying they refunded the frame, and they have not. Looks like they just launched a second website under the brand Sprout that is an equal scam.

As per everyone else, ordered in February, told bed was in warehouse waiting delivery, nothing for weeks, then email received saying order cancelled, refund in 14 days etc. No refund, no reply, unable to contact and they even got our payment details wrong. This company is a scam, clearly taking money for products they do not control or have any involvement with. Requested chargeback with card company, will be contacting trading standards but don’t expect they’ll give a monkeys. Please do not use this company

A fraud. I bought a bed and a mattress and these were never delivered. Customer services is not available. Money lost. Do not buy from this provider.

We were supposed to receive our bed by the 31st of May. Now we have no bed and can't get through to them. They are not responding to emails, and their webshop has disappeared.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR!!!! Ordered a bed in March due for delivery in April. This was delayed and due end of may. Still no sign of the bed being despatched. They now don’t take telephone calls. They have come off Facebook and not replying to my numerous emails I have sent. Reported to trading standards and requested a charge back with the bank. I feel sick at the thought of this happening. The value was £527, I don’t have the kind of money to buy another bed from a reputable company. This was for my 2 year olds bedroom who now has had his room on hold for the last 3 months!

Where do I begin ? ... probably by saying that if there was an option to leave zero starts this is what I would have left ! Similar to others .. ordered on the 23rd of March and till this day no sign of bed , refund or contact from alleged company ! Frustrated is an understatement hence resorted to writting this review just to vent it out as I doubt there will be any evolvement in this situation ! I am reporting this as we speak as my daughter's bedroom has been on hold now for few months so not ideal ! Has anyone actually been successful in getting a refund as the site is now down and appear to be re-branded into new company , absolute joke !

As previous reviews do not use this company!! Would give -5 stars if I could. Order number 22001749, 2 children’s beds £585 in February and not received. Waiting for a full refund! Customer service shocking, no reply to emails and no one available to speak to. I repeat DO NOT BUY from them!!!!!

Really bad experience, and unfortunately the same as everyone else. This company seems very dodgy. We request a refund and we only received an email that our ordered was cancelled, from there we haven’t received any news or emails, and of course we are still waiting to see if there will be an actual refund. Meanwhile we already tried to manage the refund through the bank and we raised a complaint to Trading Standards since this is clearly a scam, by the way we have seen they are now advertising another website/company called SPROUT BEDS (be aware!), and Bedoo website is now closed. If you are in the same situation: raise your voice because these people are clearly doing what they can to keep taking/stealing money from people, which are only making an effort to buy their kids a bed.

Same as others I ordered without reading reviews. Ordered bed on 21st March, was advised 5wks for delivery. Received email on 4th May saying there was a delay with new expected delivery date of 26th May! I emailed to complain about lengthy wait, no reply. I called & managed to speak to someone who said a manager would call me back, they never did. No bed by the 26th May but a new email saying they had received my bed at their distribution centre, over a week later no new update & still no bed! I've called but can't get through & now see their website is no longer accepting new orders or even showing any items for sale. Seems fishy to me! I've requested a charge back through my credit card, as I now need to find another bed elsewhere. My 2yr old Sons sleeping is horrendous but he sleeps well in a bed at my mum's, so we decided to buy his first bed back in March & now we're in June & we still have no bed & a toddler who clearly hates sleeping in his cot!! Very upset at the whole situation! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Terrible experience. Like others ordered a bed in Feb, it missed its original delivery date at end of March but we had an email saying it was delayed, with a new date. It missed its next date and we got in touch, they told us there was another delay. the next deadline passed in May. However this time no one responded to emails, when we called we could never get through either. We emailed asking for money back and it was refunded but still no email back to tell us this was happening or any explanation. Will never use again.

The same like others here we ordered a bed and bumper and a mattress. Customer service was great- when they took my money. And charged me extra for specific color I wanted. After waiting longer than promised we received the wrong colored bed, the mattress (which I found much cheaper on amazon) had the worst chemical odour and zipper broke right away. Needless to say my calls and requests have gotten unanswered. I want to get refunded for this sham! and to take my business to a company that actually delivers what it promises. Bedoo has No customer service whatsoever! Sucks

Ordered our bed back in March for our disabled daughter who needs to cosleep for medical reasons. No bed, no communication and £700 worse off. This has had such a strongly negative impact on our family. Do not order from this company - they are using the money from trusting customers to bank roll their business and not supplying goods when they say they will. We really need this bed.

Ordered a bed a March, estimated dispatch date was early April, now nearly end of May and no one responds to my emails, cannot get through on the phone and ignores messages on their social media page. Weirdly the bed bumper I bought has arrived, with no issue, but I cannot reach anyone at Bedoo to even start to resolve.

Initially, I was happy with the service I received. The delivery timings, etc., were clearly communicated and my bed was delivered on the dates that were stated. However, two main issues that occurred and finally it was the customer service that has led me to write this review. I wrote to them a couple of times this month and I haven't had a response back. The automated message claims there was an issue with their email system, but I've sent several follow ups and still not had anything back. I received the bed with what I thought was an incorrect instruction guide, as it had a different product name, but when I put it together I confirmed that whilst it looked similar, it was in fact smaller than the model which I had ordered. I was also missing a slat which was delivered later an was significantly bigger than the others I had, confirming it was the wrong product. I firmly believe that this is the reason they are not responding, because they don't want to be accountable for their mistake. It is an expensive product, so the least I expect is to receive what I had ordered. One of the things I liked was that they had bits to add on as my child grew, but I will not be purchasing anything else from them moving forwards.

Orderd a child's bed 16th February it's now 20th May. Still no bed. No reply to emails sent. My tracking order number doesn't work anymore. Wish I had read reviews about Bedoo. £583.00 would have been spent better at a local bed stoor or Benson's for beds. Avoid at all cost. Update on order. It's now 28 July 2023. Bed hasn't arrived and £583.00 down
