Bed Kings were really professional and helpful. I gave them a wrong phone number due to my error and typo, and they responded immediately, and updated my details. When my order was delayed due to delivery and re-stock of goods, they notified me by email. The key how to deal with any supplier is to be patient as they are suffering in current climate with delays and bureaucracy due to Brexit. People are not even aware what they go through now. We should all be more supportive of small businesses. The item I ordered was the same that was on sale on Wayfair but cheaper - a narrow shoe storage cabinet. Goods do come from the same source, ie China mostly, but that is what it is. I am very happy with my purchase as I paid a bit less and yes, I waited a little bit longer and so what?! No problem there as goods delivered and communication always there. Thank you Bed Kings!

Excellent communication from Bed Kings prior to delivery of the product. Delivery date was exactly as the company advised me it would be. The small cabinet has now been assembled by a kind friend and I am very happy with it. Actually, the quality of it is a lot better than I was anticipating. I will not hesitate to use Bed Kings again if need be and I am happy to recommend this company.

A great experience from start to finish, I would highly recommend this company. I ordered 2 wardrobes in January to take advantage of the sales price, although I knew I didn’t want them delivering until the room was decorated and the carpet fitted (I had paid for assembly on delivery). Bed Kings were so understanding, agreeing to delay delivery until late February. A delivery time slot was provided a week before and updated on the day. The two guys who assembled the wardrobes were polite and efficient, and cleared up/removed all the packaging. I would definitely recommend this service. I was extremely pleased with the end product, they look great and the quality is better then expected for flat pack.
Don’t over promise and under achieve. We bought from this company because they offered the desk being delivered ready made but they were unable to provide this service. This was important to us as we are old with disabilities and you let us down.

Two polite young men who assembled the bed very quickly. There is a bolt missing on one of the legs and they said they would call again when in the area. Perhaps this could be a gentle reminder

*Order left on doorstep *Doors too narrow for space they are designed for- leaving huge gaps *chips in 'wood' and edging peeled away when arrived. *requested refund due to 'quality guarantee' on website and has been refused! I will be taking this further.

After a number of assurances that the wardrobe would be assembled on delivery regardless of the time it took and time of delivery, I paid the extra £170 for assembly. However when it arrived on 19th December they said they did not have time to assemble it. As I explained when I placed my order it had to be assembled as I had no space to store the unassembled wardrobe, we had family staying over Christmas so I needed the room for them. However they would not assemble it and my only option was for them to take it back with them. I spoke to a member of staff at Bed Kings on the tekephone who said he would refund the assembly charge but charge us a small restocking fee and refund the price of the wardrobe. However they charged £179.25 which included a £75 failed delivery fee. I have messaged and called and no one from the company has got back to me. As the situation was totally down to them as they had guaranteed that the wardrobe would be assembled and then could not, but they have still charged me £179.25, it was a very upsetting experience. Very poor company and very poor customer service Thank you for your reply, but there was plenty of room to assemble the wardrobe, it's a large room. There were a few bags in the room, which I didn't think needed removing as there was still plenty of room but I did remove them and it took me 2 minutes this 2 minutes did not delay, but the amount of time the fitters took telling us they did not have time to assemble did take longer than this as they said they only had half an hour. I have now had a large wardrobe assembled in the room and there was no issue with space, I have the measurements of the space that was available and photographs. Please state how much space you required, I am sure the space we had met this requirement. Also you did not send any details at all regarding the space required.

Delivery arrived earlier than expected. I had paid for the assembly of the bed. the Two gentlemen that arrived were polite and worked hard to assemble the bed even though their power drill had broken. Great service, thank you

Mar 14,2023Bedkings took my money over 2 months ago and I still don’t have my desk!! The first attempt the desk was so badly damaged I couldn’t take it, the delivery driver was very embarrassed. I’m still chasing them to try to find out what’s happening. DO NOT USE just appalling how they treat customers.
