Apr 10,2023My order arrived the next day after ordering a chest of draws and a sideboard. They both arrived with all parts complete and undamaged. They took a while to build both on my own but flat-packs and I aren't friends. I would highly recommend this company.

Apr 07,2023Great service. Ordered four items of furniture for my lounge last Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday morning! I was kept informed all the time of despatch and delivery times. The packaging was very secure and my partner is in the process of building the flat packs up but everything looks superb so far. Would highly recommend Bed Kings and the prices are very reasonable especially as the quality is lovely.

Mar 25,2023Extremely dissapointing service. I was really looking forward to receiving my sideboard in October. First one arrived and delivery guy scratched the top, the back panel and joining bar were both broken. Draws would not closed as not profiled on one side. When Delivery team finally arrived they had hardly any tools and had to borrow my hammer - they are coming to fit the top and back of a sideboard with no tools???? Top was replaced. Draws still don't close. Back was replaced but joining panel missing. Was told will be delivered and we will have to put it in ourselves - I said I paid 100£ for assembly and should not be expected to put any part myslef. Was told to query with office bit part will be sent. No part received emailed multiple times and left messages via Web between Drc and Feb. Emailed again in March and called in March. Someone was looking into it I was asked to resend pictures which I did the same day 16/3 - there has been radiosilence since. I want sideboard taken back and refund issued. It has been six months I can't use furniture and paid for sideboard with broken parts. Shocking and still no answer. Absolutely shocking customer service.

Mar 17,2023Ordered concrete TV unit. Arrived quickly. Bit fiddly to build for myself and sisyer to build. My friends son, apprentice joiner came to the rescue! Loved it when built. So much so ordered 2 cube tables to match. Again bit fiddly, after attempting and failing to construct, same apprentice joiner stepped in! Look lovely in my newly refurbished lounge

Mar 14,2023DO NOT USE!! I purchased a bed in April 2022, within a few months the ottoman frame was faulty, it was replaced and installed with the faulty one taken away. Again within a few months the ottoman frame was broken in exactly the same place - clearly poorly Manufactured! Reported faulty again, after months of chasing to get a replacement frame, I was advised it was sent to the delivery company to be despatched to me. I ring the delivery company who advised that they have received the ottoman frame. THESE PEOPLE LIE! I requested a refund and to remove the bed as still within my 12 month warranty period. NO RESPONSE. I encourage everyone who has had a bad experience to report these cowboys to Trading Standards
