Feb 13,2023Delighted with the bed, quality is excellent, delivery on time and when requested. My only issue was that when it was delivered the guys said that they had been told that the bed was to go on the ground floor, instead of upstairs. Although they were obviously annoyed by this, they took the bed upstairs, but refused unpack it or wait while I did, saying they did not have time, but still wanted me to sign for it as been OK. I just put a line on the delivery form. Luckily every thing was fine. But since I am in my late 70's one of the reasons I chose to buy from bed kings was other reviews, which stated that the delivery unpacking and assembling the bed was done by the delivery people and was very positive by others reviews. I now have to wonder if I was unlucky or the other reviews are fake. But i am pleased with the bed

Feb 13,2023STAY CLEAR! Ordered a shoe cabinet as it looked absolutely lovely in the pictures. When it arrived we realised that 2 parts were delivered damaged. After 1.5 months that included multiple emails and chases we finally got parts re-delivered to only realise these were incorrect parts mid assembly. Quality was extremely poor, very cheaply made, all other reviews people left regarding chipping materials etc. are correct. We asked them to collect it and refund us as it was dragging for way too long and they first gave attitude saying we will have to arrange a return of half assembled unit ourselves in order to receive a refund and are now ignoring us completely. Will be contacting my bank shortly as this seems like a scam company to me!

Feb 09,2023We bought the shoes unit based on the photos and description because they fulfilled exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, when we opened the boxes, we got something completely different. Not only that the products are very cheaply made, but they came to us broken. The manual was also very unclear, as was the procedure for screwing into the open laminate, which of course causes it to come apart. Both cabinets are damaged and unstable. Highly dont recommend.

Jan 30,2023I ordered the large Paris chest of drawers. It is exceptionally poor quality, constructed of cheap chip board, that tears and breaks easily. The drawers are only capable of carrying a small amount of lightweight clothing, otherwise, the very flimsy drawer bottoms bow, whilst the drawer surrounds tear and collapse. I requested a replacement drawer after less than a year - it took over three months to arrive, despite weekly calls. They also sent drawer ‘stiffener’ for the remaining drawers. However, whilst fitting them, the backs of the drawers tore and collapsed. Less than a year old and the entire thing is only fit to be burnt. A complete waste of money. Avoid.

Jan 30,2023Really lovely furniture and a bargain for the price (we got a 4 piece bedroom set for around £500!) It definitely takes longer than stated to put the pieces together and the instructions could be clearer especially with the fine details of fitting drawers etc. Expected delivery time would have been great if it was shorter but met the date stated when purchased. Overall very pleased with purchase.

Jan 29,2023First delivery wrong parts delivered, delivery men were brilliant, was told new delivery be before Xmas. I telephoned bedkings following day was told they had too many deliveries to do before xmas would get to me when they could and should be charging me extra 40 pounds for second delivery. I telephoned multiple times and was promised someone would return call by Friday this did NOT happen. I personally will NOT be using bedkings again or recommending them although their delivery and construction men are exceptional their customer service are poor

Jan 27,2023Totally recommend Bed Kings, they kept me updated of my order and delivery regularly which was efficient and prompt. Very happy with my dressing table, no parts missing and no damage. Five stars also need to go to DHL who as I was not in when delivery was due followed my instruction of not only putting the package behind the gate but took it upon themselves to carry it around the house and place it in my conservatory as it was raining.
