Feb 01,2022Furniture arrived as planned. We paid for assembly as the items were for adult with disabilities. After care disappointing as door needs replacing and back of chest of drawers smashed during transit. To date no replies from customer service, have sent photos but not resolved and calls not being answered. Hoping someone will respond considering items are on need of replacing and were paid on full from disability funds.....

Jan 22,2022Excellent service from start to finish. Always a worry buying a bed online without actually seeing or trying it , but as it was just for the spare room it didn't really matter. Ordering was easy, great correspondence. Was given a delivery date & time slot. On the day the driver kept me updated regularly. The delivery guys were excellent. The bed is great and good quality. I will definitely use Bed Kings again. Excellent service. If only other companies were as good ! 🙂 thank you Bed Kings

They keep you fully informed about progress on delivery times. The delivery men were also an absolute delight and put the bed together very swiftly something which I was very glad about. Brilliant Service and I will be going to them again.
