Sep 11,2023The guys who delivered my bed were so nice and helpful. It was as a really hot day and they were working in a very small room but remained happy, polite and very professional. I am really pleased with my bed and the guys that delivered and assembled it deserve a medal. I would definitely recommend your company.

Sep 01,2023Bed and service was five star. Unfortunately they loose one star for their chose of delivery contractors. The delivery assembly service we opted for was way below the standard described on their website. Bed kings did address our concerns and refunded the delivery charges but should really get control of their contractors.

Aug 18,2023You get what you paid for. Looks good when assembled. Assembly not for the faint hearted,set your stall out and give yourself plenty of time and space. Manufacturing odour lingers for a considerable time. Delivery on time,no problems. All in all good value. Richard

Jul 22,2023We ordered the Lancaster 4 piece bedroom suite and Bedkings kept us fully informed of the progress of our order. The suite arrived 2 weeks from the order date. Construction was very straightforward with instructions that were really clear. Overall we have been very impressed by Bedkings and would recommend to anyone wanting a great value product.

The bed was exactly as advertised and immediately worked as described. All in all, this is exactly what we needed, and we are very pleased. The quality seems to be good.

Received updates on the my day order would be delivered and received text from delivery driver the time of day. Excellence throughout. My items had to be assembled which was easy following the instructions provided.

Jul 05,2023Absolutely terrible products, bad customer service and awful refund service. Firstly flat pack instructions were not clear, qaulity of product was not good enough (followed instructions down to a t and the draws don’t line up! The quality of the fixings are awful and don’t pull anything tightly, the carcass feels loose and rickety, really cheap quality furniture that’s not solid,and will fall apart in a few months of being assembled). Then when asked to refund us, they said they wouldn't be able to refund the bedside tables as I had already made them up, but wanted us to dismantle and box them back up to get any refund back on the other 2 products which we hadnt unpacked yet and we had to pay for the products to get delivered back to them costing us another 150 which was not worth it. Really, really think hard before you order from BedKings, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Their products are cheap for a reason and disgusting customer service
