Dec 04,2022Bought bedroom furniture. Which was good quality, but one parcel for the wardrobe was the wrong colour. Got a quick response for the exchange of the wrong box & an email to say dpd were going to deliver the right box on Friday. As of yet ( sat night ) the box has not been delivered.

Nov 29,2022The communication was sadly really poor which was the main disappointment, I could never get hold of anyone and emails went unresponded to. The delivery came outside of the estimated window meaning that I didn’t have the item (guest bed) in time for its intended purpose. The bed seems okay generally, not particularly high quality and there are staples sticking out of it which I caught my hand on setting it up.

Nov 07,2022The bed arrived on time, was very easy to assemble, and although we have not had a chance to test it thoroughly it looks and feels good. I was a bit surprised that the delivery team had to drive to Edinburgh on Friday evening to a hotel, and then drive all the way back to Highland the next day. A double journey on the A9 is not nice, especially as they had driven from Birmingham to Highland already.

Nov 05,2022The quality of the bed is ok but we had lots of problems with the delivery and customer service - it took ages for the order to be ready as they had to make it in the factory first and it wasn't delivered within the promised timeframe even allowing for that. We had friends coming to stay so it was a big worry and I had to ring many times before it was finally delivered.

Dec 06,2022Was delivered out of the time stated. The courier stated delivery friday, i waited in until 830 that evening, never turned up. Was going to be delivered after 1pm next day, was delivered at 920am. No one to contact at courier for help. No hooks to hang shelf on the wall with. Not stated when purchased. 😔😔
