The unit I bought is amazing! The low score is because how long it took to be delivered and that they charged me 5 pounds extra to check for fraud and didn't refund me back

Delivered within the timeframe stated. Although one item was damaged the piece was replaced straight away. Furniture is really nice. We ordered 5 items and it came on 3 different delivery days which meant time off work to receive the delivery. I would have preferred one delivery date for it all. But its arrived now and we're happy with it thank you.

The mattresses are excellent and the overall quality of the beds is good but moving the lower bed in and out from the main bed is very difficult, especially on carpet, even after extending the adjustable feet as far as possible and placing them in furniture foot rests to raise the clearance more. Possibly, this might be improved by fitting larger castors to the lower bed frame. Also, the overall height of the bed is rather higher than usual. In other respects the bed meets all our requirements.

Excellent shoe cabinet at a fantastic price. It was a bit tricky to put together but I managed with the help of a friend. The cabinet was the perfect depth for the space - a narrow hallway - so I really love it in the space.

We have ordered a lovely slim shoe storage cabinet. the item arrived on time, was kidly left with neighbour who also confirmed acceptance of delivery to me. i have assembled the item yesterday and i must say that the instructions were clear, all items were in the box/ bags, and the finished product looks gorgeous in our hallway. Very pleased with it- keeping our shoes in order. One thing i would note is that, althoguh i haven't tried yet, i do doubt that it would take my husband's winter boots in without a bit of work, despite setting one of the drawers at the widest- however, it is not a big deal for us. i love the item, i love the colour and it took me (a female) about 2 hrs to assemble all by myself and taking my time also- so all in all- a happy customer. Price was great too.

The instructions to build the flat pack was wrong or the hinge supplied was incorrect. 1 hour job took 3 hours not impressed
