Aug 27,2022The delivery team arrived on time, they were efficient, clean and polite. The packaging was removed and the bed was fully assembled, enabling us to check the quality. Couldn't fault the delivery team. We had a question for the customer service team before the bed was delivered. The staff member explained matters very clearly and professionally. Again, no issues with customer service. I would use this company again.

Aug 22,2022Recently purchased a trundle bed from Bed Kings which arrived last week. Really pleased with this bed and just right for my spare room, quality of the bed is excellent and I opted for the more expensive mattress which is very substantial and well made and finished. I was quite surprised that the bed is quite tall but with both mattresses the same size can see why this is so. Also, when the bed is complete with the spare mattress underneath, the bed is very heavy to move on account that it is on small none moving tiny legs, when the trundle is set up that is on small wheels so moves easily, I have put cups under the tiny legs so the bed then moves easier. The delivery men were excellent, very friendly and helpful, all in all I can thorougly recommend this company to deal with.

Aug 21,2022Product is good, but the experience of dealing with bedkings was not. Difficult to organise a delivery date that we wanted, and when it was delivered we were told to pay £20 in cash for the heavy wardrobes to be brought inside - nothing on the website about that! Avoid.
