Jul 25,2022The worst experience I ever had with a retailer. Bought a desk which was faulty, I was sent replacement part which was faulty again, called them multiple times and they were very rude and aggressive on the phone when I asked to return it, I requested a call from a manager which i was meant to get within 24hours its been a month I have called them two more times and still haven't heard from. I called them again today and I was now told that they don't know why no-one called me but I should send them some photos first and when I said that I am not wasting my time unless if I am sure that someone is going to take responsibility and look into my issue which is why i still require speaking with a manager first. Their response was to tell me that well they are not going to waste theirs either without photos and put the phone down on me. UNBELIEVABLE,WORST COMPANY EVER-DONT BUY FROM THEM

Jul 24,2022Bed Kings were good on delivery time and quality of bed,However the delivery company they used damaged the mattress and hid the fact by putting the base and other mattress either side.I gave Bed Kings a ring and emailed them pictures of the damage and in the end they gave us a part refund.As we needed it a couple of days after delivery.

Jul 24,2022Kept updated on delivery arrangements. Paid for assembly but delivery team tried to just leave the boxes in the hall. It took some negotiation and pointing out it was on the delivery schedule for this to be done. Happy with the product.

Jul 23,2022I ordered some new bedroom furniture. It was delivered with great care by two extremely nice and helpful men. The furniture was well packed and hardly any damage to the packaging. I’m very pleased with my furniture and would definitely consider buying more this company again in the future.

Jul 23,2022Bed delivered within the timescale advised and relatively easy to put together. Only issue was that wooden headboard not finished off to same standard as rest of white bed but you could only see this when lying down on the bed and looking up at headboard underneath. Everything else was fine. Great storage area too underneath.

Jul 22,2022I bought a luxury guest bed in Malia fabric with the more expensive mattresses. Lovely soft fabric. Mattresses firmish but comfy. Decided I need a headboard too as there’s abit of a gap between the top end of the mattress and the edge of the bed frame. So I am now waiting for that. Happy with Bedkings.

Jul 31,2022For the second time we waited in all day on Saturday for the TV Cabinet to arrive (this is the second time) After being promised its delivery - it never turned up, no phone call, text or email after being assured it would definitely arrive. No customer feedback or communication. 2 wasted days and it still hasn't arrived.
