Jun 09,2022The company charge high price for very poor quality, I called to complain about the bedroom furniture we bought, and told to organise a return @ our own cost !! Knowing full well the furniture is well over priced 😡 It's like paper stuck to chip wood, and marks & scratches very easily, so please avoid this company at all cost 👍

Jun 05,2022Bought a grey sideboard. Looked lovely in the picture and it was just as described! Very easy to put together. Good quality! Only thing is the delivery man left the 2 boxes outside my door they was pretty heavy to drag in I didn't want to bang it. But it was fine. Maybe would be harder for a more elderly person. Otherwise everything excellent.

Delivery was quick that is the only thing positive - their customer service is appalling, I have sent numerous emails & only 1 response so far & still nothing resolved from a faulty product, they clearly don’t care about their customers, Bed Kings - please can you reply to & resolve all the issues I have with the product I bought it’s been well over a month now!!!

The bed arrived with damage and this was highlighted to me by the delivery men.they took pictures and said this would be sent to the office and I would be called the next day to either arrange replacement parts or some money off. I didn’t get a call and had to follow up. I was told they would contact manufacturers and come back to Me. I’ve been following this up for over a months now and still no resolution. The bed is great and if the after care and damage had been resolved I would have given more than 1 star!!

They arrange a re-delivery of missing parts from an item I bought . .was done super quick and got the items within a few days 9/10 for this company Reason being bought a unit and the colour of the legs were not as advertised said gold and they were green . ( down to manufacture fault really but they should check items before sale) Thank you for your reply to the feed back 🙏😊

May 30,2022Absolutely terrible. Do not use. I have been sent a number of parts that have scratches on. I have emailed several times to get replacement parts and noboby has been bothered to get back to me. Still waiting a week and a half later for a response. Appalling service. Will never use again!

May 24,2022Delivery was estimated at 1-3 weeks. Delivery offered after 4 weeks with short notice. I cancelled something for that day to accommodate and then they cancelled on the day! Next day it arrived. I had paid £175 for it to be assembled. The two people did not seem to know what they were doing and after 2 hours had only put a couple of pieces together. They then said there was not enough room even though I had offered them a large room to work in and offered to move stuff at the very start. At no point was I told they required a completely empty room to work in which seems quite ridiculous. Now still don't have a date for them to come and assemble it after phoning them 3 times.

May 21,2022Delivery arrived about 2 days after ordering. The delivery driver was very friendly and even put the heavy box in the house for me when he didn’t have to. I’ve built the product and it looks fab and great quality too. Great service

Jun 09,2022The product I bought (a headboard) is brilliant and great value for the exceptional quality. The delivery guys were also excellent. I only knocked off a star because it would have been helpful to have a bit more of an indication of the delivery timeframe at the outset. Lovely company to deal with though and the quality of the product was the most important factor for me.
