Jan 06,2021I am a senior lady with a medical issue with my back and needed a new mattress immediately. Eleven years ago I was widowed and bought a mattress from Beds on Legs after someone told me how helpful they were, which proved to be the case then in 2011. So obviously I returned to the same firm. I ordered the mattress one day and it arrived the next. I am so grateful for your help. The two young men who brought it could not have been nicer, professional, polite and really kind. Exceptional service. I shall be recommending Beds on Legs to anyone needing a bed or mattress. The Mattress is great. Thank you so much.

Jan 01,2021Delivery service great, price great.... quality of bed purchased not brilliant as the wood is very inexpensive and bed collapsed first time as the middle support beam is too light and very flimsy almost like ‘kindling’ wood. Bed frame requires metal support and proper sprung slats. Overall bed is certainly what we saw and ordered but quality very poor.

Dec 30,2020Bed came as expected, quality is excellent, well worth wait , glad we chose beds on legs ,, only squabble I got is , I was told that courier would put in room of my choice , and as bed I ordered was super king and my hallway is only 6x3 ,, but when it came I had to bribe them to put in bedroom,,

Dec 27,2020I purchased a double bed for my mum and she loves it! It's really comfortable and easy to put together and the quality seems good so far. The only issue is the way the headboard is positioned pushes the mattress off the edge of the bed a bit.

Dec 24,2020We ordered a super king bed and a super king size mattress . From the initial 4-6 weeks stated to receive the order it has extended to 8-10 week ( because of COVID ) but this time frame was extended again and ended to get my bed over 12 weeks from when I’ve placed the order ! The bed itself is a good quality though and if you don’t mind the wait then no problems. The delivery though was another big issue as it has been cancelled 3 times before it actually arrived . We received the bed and the mattress on separate days ..overall not happy with all the fuss and wait

Jan 19,2021My order was placed online so i didn't have a huge amount of interaction with anyone. However, the ordering process and delivery was spot on. I was called when the bed was in stock and due to be delivered.
