Feb 10,2021Received our Kaydian ottoman bed last week, we are very pleased with the quality and the self build video and instruction manual were easy to follow. Beds on legs staff were most polite and helpful when we had a few queries and needed to arrange disposal of our old bed.

Feb 10,2021Absolutely excellent service, update process and product. They sent me swatches so I could see the material, delivered one week before estimated delivery date, and the bed is absolutely amazing. It look at least 3 times more than we paid. Thank you very much.

Feb 05,2021This bed is great value for money. The mattresses alone are worth the money. The bottom bed with mattress is a tight fit to slide it underneath but it makes a great double bed when stood up. Delivery on the day and on time with helpful and efficient delivery men.

Jan 29,2021As I still haven't received the bed yet it's difficult to give a true rating. However, I've always been able to ring and ask a question but what I have found frustrating - and I realise we are all in difficult and unusual times - was the lack of communication from them. When I've been told 5 - 10 days it was on the 10th day I was contacted. The other day, I was told 3 - 5 days and I rang on the 5th day and did get a response (formally) later that day.

Jan 22,2021Very quick. I placed my online order on a Thursday evening and the mattress was delivered the following Tuesday. Beds on Legs and their delivery company GBA Final Mile Ltd kept me updated by emails and texts. Excellent customer service.

Jan 22,2021I spent a really long time researching different companies to buy my new bed from because I was after a certain look and was struggling to find it from reputable sources! After reading through some of the reviews on here, I decided to go ahead and order. I ordered an ottoman bed and within an hour of placing the order, Beds on Legs called me to confirm which side I would like the ottoman to lift from. I was then kept informed by the company about who was delivering the bed. I received a text to say the bed would be delivered the next day, but I had the option to change to a different day if needed. I then got an email with a three hour time slot for delivery, and on the day I was phoned 20 mins before they arrived to let me know they wouldn’t be long. When they arrived, they happily took the bed upstairs and into the right room for me, all whilst wearing masks and they even took their shoes off (not that this bothered me but it was raining outside so I did appreciate it)! They were very quick a polite, so I was very happy with their service. The bed itself is gorgeous, I seems really well made and we’ve slept on it for two nights now and it seems very sturdy! It was easy to put together (I couldn’t wait for my partner to get home so I built it on my own) and only took about an hour (would have been less but as I’ve said I was on my own!). Overall extremely happy with the product and the service! I’ve recommended the company to my mum who has now ordered a bed from them too!

Jan 22,2021These trundle beds are pretty good but the mattress are very thick which makes the beds high. They are very basic construction but do the job for a spare bedroom.

Jan 22,2021Not actually used the bed yet but the mattresses look good. Absolute miles of plastic used in the wrapping. The cardboard corner protectors, whilst necessary, we’re attached with up to 8 staples each! Took ages to remove without ripping the cloth covering. I hope the beds are Grandchild proof!

Jan 22,2021Obviously, I was a little nervous about buying a major purchase on line, but I’m delighted. Great quality, good price. I feel I’ve invested well! Bed arrived in half the expected time too. I would come back to Beds on Legs in the future.
