Ordered the bed on Tuesday it was delivered the next day at a time that was convenient for me, delivery drivers was also friendly and helpful. Would really recommend this company, the bed and mattress I received are both of high quality, really please with my purchase.

We had an accident putting up the bedhead and Beds on Legs sent replacement pieces of wood without any fuss or charge. The 14-year-old is thrilled with her bed. It all couldn't have been better. Dec 01,2020So pleased with our new bed and the excellent customer service from Beds on Legs. Fabric on headboard and base is great quality and ottoman style base extremely well made, design gives maximum storage space. With current disruption of COVID we expected quite a long wait on delivery. The bed however was delivered with a couple of weeks, we received regular updates about delivery date/time and the guys who delivered the bed couldn’t have been more courteous or helpful, taking the bed directly up to the bedroom that’s a bit of a challenge in our old cottage. Wish dealing with other companies could be as easy and professional as this experience

Nov 27,2020Beds on Legs are a really good company with a great selection of beds available. My super king size velvet divan with two drawers was excellent value at around £500 and was ready for delivery in only a couple of weeks. Beds on Legs were brilliant at keeping in contact with me regarding the status of the order. Unfortunately, the company they outsource for shipping (GBA-Final Mile) did not give the same customer service. On the phone they were great and arranged delivery for an appropriate day. Upon arrival however, they were unable to take the bed upstairs and instead had to ask someone I live with to help them with it. They claimed that there was no possible way for the headboard to fit up the stairs and that we would have to arrange and pay for someone to come and collect the bed because it didn't fit. We have since brought the headboard up the stairs (it fitted with no problem). Thank you Beds on Legs for your excellent service, although please consider changing your delivery company as they were unhelpful, impolite and not pleasant to work with.

Nov 23,2020We received our bed a lot sooner than we anticipated, which was great. The delivery guys were very quick and complied with covid rules. The instructions were clear and concise which made the bed easy and quick to put together. The mattress is really comfy - we are really pleased with our new bed.

Nov 23,2020Ordered the Zodiac day bed with trundle. Initially ordered samples of material which came within a few days, then went on to order the bed. Easy to order, bed arrived a few days later than expected, but England had just gone into Lockdown 2 so it was expected. Delivery came very early, 7.20am which was fine for me. They delivered it into my hall which was my choice. It was very flat packed (ordered frame only). Took myself and hubby about an hour to put it together. Every piece needed constructing. All in all very happy with the bed, trundle not been used yet but seems sturdy. Well made bed which should have many years of life in it! Would be more than happy to use this company again.

Nov 17,2020Great service and absolutely love my bed frame and colour. Due to lockdown 2.0 I was unable to get my goods delivered to my preferred address. I called customer service and a helpful staff member sorted it out for me with no fuss and got my information changed. My bed arrived at the next available slot, which was in a few days.
