Mar 20,2023Ordered on the 16th Feb. 'Shipped' on the 22nd Feb. Goods didn't arrive. Apparently the shipment was damaged by DPD. However, I had to chase BeerHunter to find out what had happened and get a replacement order raised. Replacement order minus half of what I ordered (as they no longer had stock) was despatched on the 27th Feb on a 'next day' delivery. Partial refund received. DPD finally delivered the order on the 3rd March ('Next Day' .. really?). On inspection the glassware I had ordered was wrong. I contacted BH on the 3rd asking for the correct glassware to be sent.. 9th March no response, so rang BH within their CS 'window' of 10am ~ 2pm.. Answerphone. Sent an email asking for them to respond. Rang again on the 16th March.. Answerphone, left message. No response. Here we are .. 20th March.. still no response. I've given this company my business several times and every single time there is some issue or excuse. Buy your beer elsewhere.

Nothing to say what is happening with the order I’ve submitted a query request which has been closed without any action, don’t risk spending your money here. No customer service !!
