Mar 17,2023Repeatedly make errors in orders placed (not supplying items paid for without any prior notification) and issues with deliveries. The only reason I use this company is due to the selection of products available.

Mar 17,2023I ordered a case of beer for my husband’s birthday in early March, and it was initially dispatched quickly. When DPD messaged me to say it would arrive that afternoon I rescheduled through the link as I was not sure I’d be in. It didn’t come then, or the rescheduled date, and when I checked the day after, DPD informed me that it was on its way back to Beerhunter. I recognize that is a DPD problem, not strictly a Beerhunter problem, but as a customer/recipient that’s where my options to interact with dpd ends. Since then I have repeatedly tried to contact beerhunter by phone during their working hours, which never gets picked up. I’ve left a message, and the only response I’ve had was a request for this review. Here it is! Poor customer service isn’t worth the minute cost saving over their competitors.
