Jul 19,2020I gave two stars only because I love the ring I had designed here. Very disappointed in the service I experienced with this location after that. The ring was sized incorrectly (which they took responsibility for.) When I brought it back to get resized I was told it would be 1-2 weeks and they’d call when ready. After two weeks, no call so I called to check. Not ready...”probably early next week and we’ll call you.” I went in that Saturday and no ring plus nobody seemed to know where it was. Later that day a nice employee called to say he located my ring at the Bellevue location where it was sent for the work. Was told it’ll be here Tuesday or Wednesday this week and we’ll call you. No call by Thursday so I called again. After being on hold a few minutes was told oh it’s here “we forgot to call you.” Needless to say I was extremely disappointed in the lack of follow through and concern. In all it took nearly a month to get my ring back. Will not being using this location again.

DJ was meticulous in reviewing the assorted bag of jewelry that had been languishing in my basement for years (my mother's, grandmother's, maybe even some great grandmother's), along with some of my own (broken clasps, out of style items). It was fabulous to turn it all into cash! Molly

Jul 03,2020I made an appointment on June 26 at 10a. I sat in my car until 10a and I noticed several people standing by the door. A few minutes before 10 a gentleman opened the door and 2 people went in. I got out of my car went to door, read the sign about 2 person limit and I asked people if they had appointments, they said no. I waited 10 minutes, when no one appeared to be ready to leave I did.

Jul 03,2020I would highly recommend Bellevue Rare Coins. I remembered hearing their ads on the Mountain Radio station years ago with Marti Reimer. I had 30 years worth of silver jewelry I wanted to sell. DJ took the time to carefully evaluate each piece. He sorted through what was real silver, and offered me the going rate. I also had some gold that I decided not to sell yet. The staff was all very friendly and low pressure. This was my first experience selling jewelry and I was very impressed with their service. If you have old jewelry or coins then de-clutter and bring them into to get evaluated and take home cash.
