Jan 04,2020After trying PTX Pro irons through the demo program, I decided to purchase a set after the trial. They arrived well packaged before the estimated day. The process to order was very smooth and easy and customer service is outstanding. I have only played once with the clubs but I’m satisfied so far. The irons have a good mix of workability and forgiveness. I do wish that there had been a few more choices in shaft options as I’m not sure the KBS Tour-V is best for me (I know that TT Dynamic Gold isn’t) but time will tell.

Jan 04,2020Ordered club built to my specifications Monday before Christmas and received club Sunday after Christmas. Fantastic! I now have 11 Hogan clubs in my bag. This is the fifth time I've purchased from Hogan. No disappointments.

Jan 02,2020I got the Edge irons recently because I really liked the Equalizer wedges I got a year ago. The Edge irons have noticeably helped my iron game. They have tightened my dispersion, given me more consistent distances, and most importantly, they have a soft feel that saves wear and tear on my 68 year old hands and wrists. Even on poor strikes and fat shots I get much closer to my target than I deserve. I couldn’t he happier with these clubs.

Jan 02,2020My husband loves the Ben Hogan clubs. His Christmas present was the driver and 3 wood. Ben Hogan has great customer service too. My husband gave me his Christmas list after the first of Dec and I immediately ordered the clubs. Since the clubs had to be built after the order was placed, I was not expecting to receive them by Christmas. But the Ben Hogan company manufactured them and I ever the clubs in time for Christmas. I will definitely order from Ben Hogan Golf again.

Jan 02,2020Length and specially Swing weight of irons received have nothing to do with web specs. Irons way too heavy to be playable Answer received from BH customer service "The PTx irons have all been built out and that is why you were able to get them at such a discounted price ($500). We have discontinued those irons now for the last year and the PTx Pro irons have replaced them. I am sorry about the swing weights, you can take them somewhere and have the cut down a bit and that would last drop the swing weight." Conclusion, you bought cheap and you have a problem !!!!!!

Jan 01,2020All in all the transaction was good. I choose (and paid for) UPS for the delivery although BH only uses FedEx for international delivery. The customer service said that the UPS option should even have been available for international delivery - but it was and it still is. This matter should be fixed. Apart from that the items arrived at my doorsteps just in time before christmas so the delivery time was ok.
