Dec 31,2019Bought ptx pro irons, hit 2 clubs, 3 balls each, didn't work right. Tried sending them back, they refused. Tried trading back, they only offered me $127 cash value period. Not a good way to do business as I see it. Now I'm stuck with clubs I can never hit, use, or sell, I'm out $1001 cash & on a fixed income this really hurts. May never be able to save up enough to buy anything else, but if I di it won't be HOGANS THANKS FOR POINTING OUT ALL YOUR GOOD POINTS & ALL MY ERRORS, HERE'S THE DEAL---- YOU WON, MADE A TON OF MONEY OFF A 71 YR OLD DISABLED VETERAN WHO NOW CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY ANY MORE CLUBS, HAVE TO SAVE ALL MY FIXED INCOME TO DO THAT, WHICH MEANS I WILL NEVER OWN A DECENT SET OF CLUBS AGAIN, EVER, THANKS FOR THIS. Dec 30,2019Great Wedges Equalizers....I like the grips even better then the ones that came with the Hogan PTX Pro irons....seems a bit larger more mid size...Thank...They will go in the Hogan Bag with the rest of my PTX irons for play this year.... Happy Holidays Hogan Company...

I also received such great service on my two orders of demo clubs. I had a few questions prior to ordering my new irons and the customer service associate was just so knowledgeable and great to deal with. I plan to demo additional clubs to fill out my set. Dec 28,2019I ordered a 3 and 5 woods and received them broken. Both shafts were snapped in two. Not the fault of B Hogan company. They were sent back and fixed and I received them back two weeks later in perfect condition. No extra charges or hassle. The clubs are sweet and very playable. Love them both. I already had the driver so I knew these would be high standard and they were!! This is a quality company that makes very good products and at a very good price!!! If you are looking for clubs check them out before spending 700 dollars on a driver or 1200 on irons and end up hating them!!
