Jan 01,2022Better Waste Solutions compared all the local waste disposal providers and found us the most competitive rate. (I checked!) The aftersales service has been excellent too, providing us pickup calendars, calling to confirm we had the new bins delivered and that they had been collected...just can't fault the rates and service, great company and certainly worth a call.

Nov 24,2021The staff were really friendly and made it quite stress free. The only thing i didn’t like was you were guided through by the same person and built up a rapport with them and then as soon as they have you as a sale you can’t speak to that person again, even the same day. So any issues are passed onto to a case handler which you then hve to chase. Also there was no indication of delivery time for the bin and we didn’t get a call until the next day which causes us issues as we are not yet open so nobody was at the unit as we had no idea of time.
