I had a site check for monday with my business opening, asking for my duty of care and they managed to not only get the waste all sorted in 15 mins they sent me my duty of care over immediately! Great customer service very friendly!

Mar 08,2021Dreadful experience. I was with Biffa and was advised by Better Waste that Biffa would have no problem with releasing me from their contract as they have put their prices up. So I signed their agreement and thought everything would be fine. Biffa would not release me from their contract so I told Better waste this and they said to keep them informed. In the end Biffa stuck to the terms of their agreement and would not release me for 3 months. So again I advised Better waste of this and said that we may as well cancel the agreement as it had never started. But no, they are as bad as Biffa - were not going to release us from the contract that had never started. I was shocked as I thought they were better - but it seems they are all the same. I had to pay £100 in the end just to cancel the contract that had never started - they tried to get much more. Read the terms of conditions is my sagely advice.
