We came to Better Waste after having constant issues with another large provider whose customer service & communication was shocking. They failed to collect the bins on a regular basis so we terminated their contract early. Highly recommend Better Waste.

Dec 23,2020Excellent Customer Service. They maintain regular contact particularly in the early stage to ensure all is going well with contract. We did have issues with our initial supplier but they quickly moved us across to a new supplier without any fuss or additional cost. You may get slightly lower pricing by going direct but being with Better Waste gives you the reassurance that you will have an independent expert who will ensure you get the right level of service you need.

Nov 19,2020Having endured a complete nightmare with another waste management company, we decided to sign up to Better Waste Solutions. So far they have been a 100% improvement on the service we had before. They do what they say they are going to do and haven't let us down once. You get through to customer service immediately and they are very helpful. Bins were delivered on time and just what we needed. We may need to review our needs over the next few weeks and again the customer service adviser was very helpful in talking this through because we had been over our weight limit. A faultless service so far and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
