Aug 30,2024Terrible 3rd party company who lock you into a contract that you can’t get out of.Had missed collections on various occasions and then they have the audacity to charge you extra weight on next collection because it’s the clients responsibility to report missed pick up! Tried to cancel contract after missed collections to be told we have to pay 46% of the outstanding contract, surely the missed collections are a breach of contract. Would never use again and never recommend

Jul 30,2024Hello. I thought I would write a review for every bad experience of BetterWaste. The staff are great to deal with, but, I should not even know their names. BetterWaste should simply do what they said they would do - collect the bin every two weeks, no more, no less. I have been credited for a missed collection and also charged for excess weight for the missed collection. I think that this deserves possibly a 5star review for effort by BetterWaste however, it is another 1star review for BetterWaste service for bin collection. The staff are helpful however the service that i am paying for is absolutely dreadful.
