Dec 14,2024Though I am sure the gift will be fine, this company's "customer service" is non-existent. I did not see an option to send a card with the item as it is shipping directly to the recipient. So, he will receive it without knowing that it was sent by his niece and nephew and their respective families. I attempted to contact customer service via chat--I am running a small business, so I did not have time to sit and wait for 15+ minutes. I called, left a message--no call back or response. I also sent an email message, but received a response AFTER the item shipped, basically telling me I was out of luck. Sorry, but AI doesn't cut it.

Dec 04,2024What a scam! Save your money! The company is not what it presents to be. Poor quality, misrepresentation of product in advertising and it their sham refund policy!!! I overpaid for a small glass ( not crystal as they imply) heart with script can’t read! Poor quality control and management of my dissatisfaction and request for return and refund as they indicate is a guarantee!!!! Find another place for your “ special gift” I wish I would have read the bad reviews before giving them my money. After many attempts to return and refund … I’m stuck with a gift I won’t be giving Do your research!

I was very unhappy with my item when it arrived and they did not honor their return refundpolicy . I recommend you look elsewhere for your memorable gift. I felt scammed!

What company with today's technology and application power, cannot provide me a proof. Their option is I pay for it NOW AND IF I DON'T LIKE IT, FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. MAN THAT IS BS.

Feb 24,2024The whole process of uploading the photo and ordering was simple. The time from ordering to delivery was super fast! The heart shaped 3D engraving of our beloved dog who is no longer with us was absolutely beautiful! I got it for my wife for Valentine’s Day. It brought a tear to her eye when she opened it as it brought back the memory of her best friend. Your artists do exquisite work and the piece is flawless. Even the packaging was awesome. We will definitely be ordering more. Thank you.

Feb 24,2024The crystal is good quality, the light base appears to have small scratch on the edges, not sure if it's used before but it still works and lights up the crystal art beautifully. I was overall pretty satisfied, just didn't like some aspect of the design of how the branches cut off the face and the hair still had some of the background attached to the outlines... but I understand the limitations for the design team. Since the part of the face behind the branch is distorted, it would require a photo without branches to do a better 3D feel. But as it stands, the outlines of the branch is cutting away the face which makes it look a bit weird at certain angles. So for the price I paid, the crystal is on the pricy side, but a gift is a gift so thanks for trying :)
