Jan 02,2024Great Experience. I made the order and there was an ordering direction as to where to place the "message" on the art piece. The field for this special instruction was never visible. I completed the order, and sent an email requesting the special instruction placement. The company emailed me back confirming the email, and they identified a site issue because of it. Got the art piece for my Mom's 80th birthday, and I am So Impressed. It was a challenging picture to work with, 3D Laser Gifts did a fantastic job. Message placed just where I wanted it. She will love it. Very Happy.
