Jan 24,2024I ordered the crystal heart pendant and was totally disappointed in it. In person, you could hardly see the image. It looked like a clear crystal hanging on your neck. No one would know there was an image unless you told them and they came right up to it and held it in the light just right to see it. Though I was really disappointed in the crystal, customer service did everything possible to make me happy. In the end, I got a full refund.

Jan 23,2024Pro: Easy to set-up, order. Quality product Con: the etched product (at least in my case) was very difficult to see without a light under the block itself. I think 3D Laser Gifts could be more forthcoming and show samples of what the end-product looks like without a light and with a light. I was disappointed until I went back and purchased the light source.

Jan 22,2024First, this company has great customer service. That is very important to me. Second, the product came out beautifully. It was a gift for my son. The picture is of his two kids. He absolutely loved it. And it came in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this product and this company. There are several companies who do a similar product, but I doubt the customer service can be beat. BTW: I got the base that lights up, and it really looks nice....it makes the whole item really pop.

The communication and dedication to make sure the product comes out perfect was everything. Jan 18,2024I was very pleased with the end result. My piece was shipped timely and arrived on time. The only thing I would suggest is that a proof be sent of the image both front and back. I had to ask to see my proof and I never got to view the backside.

The greatest was to my daughter, this was so special, and with the unrelenting help from Bruna even brought tears to my eyes as my daughter opened her package. It was of my mother and 2 of her great grand kids. My mother now deceased would have been so proud. talk about lasting memories. Thank you Bruna for making this gift so special.
