Feb 08,2024I was in the ATL area looking for something special for my husband's birthday. I saw the beautiful glass sculptures made from pictures and knew this would be a keeper. My husband turns the lights on his gifted sculpture every week. The weight and lighting are just wonderful. BTW, I got this quickly before the New Year! Ordered it last week in December. I really had to thank the management for their thoughtfulness.

Feb 08,2024After recieving the bell crystal photo, the crystal developed an opaque white interior density and the picture could not longer be visualed. This happend at the top of the bell. After the inititial episode 3D Laser printed and shipped a new one at no charge. When the same crystal distortion happened to the second one, I gave up. Did not report or ask for refund. I will not be using or recommending 3D Laser Gifts based on this experience. Great customer service. Defective products x 2 is reason for this 2-star review.

Feb 07,2024I would love to give this company 5 stars on the rep Bruna Tapia. She/He? was exceptional at a speedy response to my concerns about the 2 crystals gifted to me for Christmas. They went right to work to fix the clarity problem. The picture was hardly visible, even with a light behind it. Looked nothing like the examples they show on their website. Did not appear 3D at all, more 1 dimensional. They were unbelievably attentive to my request and sent replacements immediately. Here is where we go from 5 stars on their customer service down to 2-3 or less stars on the actually product. Although it does appear a bit clearer and more dimensional it still unfortunately does not look as 3D as ANY of their examples. Maybe I will buy a lighted base, because unless you hold it up to your eyes you have no idea what it is on our book shelve. Sorry, I wanted to love the second product due to your great customer service (Bruna). These are very pricey and just not the quality Shown on their website.

Feb 07,2024you cant see the picture in the necklace I ordered. If you hold it up to a light or the sun you can barley make out the picture. VERY disappointed!

Feb 07,2024The image I submitted of my mother wasn't crystal clear and I was unhappy with the adjustments the company decided to make to it. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the finished product after receiving it in the mail and suggested the company provide customers the opportunity to view the finished crystal BEFORE shipping it so that any issues can be addressed up front. The company offered me a 2nd crystal at a discounted price however they were unable to create the crystal to my specifications even after providing them many details and images to use as a reference. In the end I had to cancel the order for the 2nd crystal and I'm left with the original that looks nothing like my mother nor the image I submitted to them and I'm out of $160. On a more positive note, I would like to rate the CS agent I communicated with via email, Bruna Tapia with 5 stars. The agent was very professional, empathetic and courteous when attempting to address my concerns.

Feb 06,2024From what I saw of the preview it showed that the picture would be made from the border of the crystal and what I received it started off in the middle so it appears cut off and awkward than what I was shown. UPDATE: Changed my update from 3 stars to 4. Reached out to customer service and spoke with Bruna. Was told my order would be redone and shipped on time and received by Friday (guaranteed 2day shipping) for my mother's birthday who is a brand new grandmother. Unfortunately UPS did not deliver in time but I was reimbursed a partial refund and coupon code for any future orders I place. I appreciate it!
